Terms and Conditions of Beauty Gift Cards
- The eGift Card can be used to pay for services in full or partial.
- The eGift Card value is in-store credit and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded except where required by law.
- To redeem the eGift Card, present the eGift Card code at checkout.
- The eGift Card can be used for any service available at the salon, including treatments, hair services, skincare, and spa treatments, subject to availability.
- The eGift Card will remain valid for [12 months] from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this time will be void.
- Moskva is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift Cards. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at +974 4418 8585. A replacement may be issued based on the circumstances.
- While the card has an expiry date, the remaining balance will not expire after its validity period ends. However, you must use the entire value within the initial validity period.
